In his role, Rodney leads the information management and cyber security divisions. Rodney has been a leader and technologist for more than three decades. He has over 30 years of IT experience in the public and private sectors. Before joining the company, Rodney held roles as a storage technology consultant at MIT Lincoln Labs, where he architected and led the effort to implement a centralized fiber storage network that reduced time and material costs and improved the performance of ERP applications. Rodney is a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with over 30 years of experience in leading, managing, architecting, and delivering IT solutions in diverse industries.

Rodney's experience includes managing back office operations and GSA contracts, project managing MIT Lincoln Labs, EMC, Deloitte, Disney, and Verizon delivery and engineering teams, and exposure to pre-sales pursuits and business development.
